Refund Policy

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:

• are or become faulty through no fault of your own

• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made know to our sales staff
• don't match our description or sample
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention 

However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase.  You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired.  A store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change you mind.  Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Returns Policy

All goods may be exchanged  within 2 weeks of purchase provided they are unused with all packaging and tags intact, and with proof of purchase. The value of the exchange amount will be the product purchase price (less any freight charge).  For items that qualified for free delivery the exchange amount will be the product purchase price (less the freight charge that was absorbed by TtN).

Exchanges will be accepted via courier or post at the expense of the customer, or customers can exchange items instore with receipt of purchase.

Delivery of goods will usually take between 5 – 10 working days. The time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to. This excludes goods that are currently out of stock. When items are selected to be delivered, those items purchased from TtN Baby Warehouse are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

in the calendar month will go into the draw to win the monthly prize nominated for that month of the competition by TtN Baby Warehouse. Entry is open to all Australian residents except for employees of TtN Baby Warehouse.
The competition will run every calendar month from the 1st day to the last day of the month.
Judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
