How do I place an order online?
Orders are placed using our easy to use, and secure online shopping. Simply proceed to the Checkout once you have finished shopping. If you are not already a TtN registered member you will be prompted to enter your details. Your order will only be submitted once you’ve entered your credit card details or chosen the Direct Deposit Option.

Can I choose a different address to my own to have the items sent to?
Yes at the bottom of the Checkout page is an option to Add a new Shipping Address.

 How will I know if TtN has received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. This email will be sent to the email address that you provide on the checkout page.

 How will I know that my order has been shipped?
You will also receive an email informing you that your order has shipped. We have implemented this system in order to keep you up to date with the status of your order.
 
Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, we are happy to accept phone orders. If you don’t want to submit an order online, simply use the ‘contact us’ link located in the top menu. Indicate that you would like to place a phone order, and you will be contacted the same day to have your telephone order processed.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard. We do not charge through cards unless the order is in stock and ready to ship.

You can choose the Direct Deposit option and banking details will be forwarded to you via email once you have completed your sale.
 
What if I don’t have a credit card?
If you prefer not to use a credit card, simply follow the order process, and indicate that you would like to use a ‘direct deposit’ as your payment method.  An order confirmation email will be sent to you, containing our banking information. We recommend that you email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   to advise that your payment has been made, as this will facilitate in the prompt dispatch of your goods.

How do I know that my Credit Card details are secure?
TtN has gone to great lengths to ensure that your personal information remains secure. Our site's checkout process is secured by a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate that encrypts your financial and personal information over the internet, just as if you were swiping your card at your local store. When you enter your credit card info on our site, you can be sure that the page is secure by noting the address in your browser's address bar. The sites address will start with https:// instead of http://. In internet explorer and some other common browsers, look for a gold lock icon in the top right hand corner of your browser to confirm your information will be processed securely.
 

You can choose from Regular Australia Post or Insured Australia Post.  Express Post is also available with an Insured option available with Express Post also.

I’m worried about my order reaching me. How can I be sure that I will receive my order?
We only use secure delivery methods that deliver straight to your door. Depending on the size of you order, it will be delivered either by Australia Post (registered delivery) or by courier service. Whatever method we use, your signature must be obtained on delivery.
 
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
The best way to ensure prompt delivery is to provide an address that is attended during the day. If you are not home during the day, it is better to provide a work address for delivery.

If you do provide a residential address, and you happen to miss the delivery, a calling card will be left to indicate that delivery was attempted. If your order was sent via Australia Post you will be notified that your parcel is being held at your local post office awaiting collection. For larger items, the courier company will leave a calling card asking you to contact them for re-delivery on a day that you are home.

How are your delivery fees calculated?
We have negotiated rates with Australia Post according to the weight of the item not the size.  We appreciate that you may wish to make a small purchase or try out our service before placing a larger order.  This way instead of paying a flat rate for a small item, you will save on postage charges.  Rates for larger items have also been kept to a minimum and there are big savings to be made by grouping your purchases into one transaction and qualify for discounted rates.

Do you deliver to countries other than Australia?
Sorry, at this time we only deliver within Australia. Orders from international customers for delivery within Australia are welcome.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is received your order is ready for dispatch within 48 hours except weekends, from our warehouse.  Most locations should receive their order within 2-3 days although some areas in the Northern Territory are between 7-10 days.
Please note, this is an estimated guide only, and delivery times may vary. You will be contacted if there are any delays in dispatching your goods.

There are options available with both express post and regular post that offer insurance for your purchase.  This option needs to be taken during the checkout process.
